Author Guidelines

JEIP: Journal of Educational Innovation and Practice accepts unpublished manuscripts that are not currently under review in other journals. Manuscripts must be written in an academic manner, clearly, and adhere to international publication ethics standards.

Article Types

JEIP accepts the following types of articles:

Writing Language
Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English. Academic English is recommended to increase international visibility. Manuscripts must be free from grammatical and spelling errors.

Manuscript Length and Format
Manuscript length: 5,000–8,000 words (including tables and figures, excluding bibliography)
Paper Size: A4
Spacing: 1.15
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
Margins: 2.5 cm (top, bottom, left, right)
File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts must be structured as follows:

Title
Maximum 15 Words
Informative, specific, and reflective of the research content
Written in English (with Indonesian if necessary)
Author's Name and Affiliation
Full name without academic title
Institutional affiliation, country
Corresponding author's email address
ORCID ID (highly recommended)
Abstract
150–250 words in length
Written in English
Contains: background, objectives, methods, main results, and conclusions
No citations
Keywords
3–5 keywords
Separated by semicolons (;)
Represents the main concept of the article
Introduction
Background of the problem
Research urgency
Brief review of previous research
Research gap
Research objective
Research Method
Research design and approach

Manuscripts must be original
Plagiarism-free (maximum 18% similarity index)
Contain no undisclosed conflicts of interest

Manuscript Submission Process
Manuscripts Submitted via the Online Journal System (OJS).
Authors are required to complete the metadata.
Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
Indonesia: Rp100,000
International: Converted from Rp100,000 based on the author's currency exchange rate.
Fees will be charged upon manuscript acceptance.
