Adolescence is a transitional period vulnerable to various mental health problems such as academic stress, anxiety due to family economic pressure, the impact of social media use, and bullying in school environments. Several studies published in 2026 indicate that these factors contribute to psychosocial problems among high school students. This article aims to formulate a mental health strengthening model for senior high school students in 2026 using a preventive literature-based approach. The method employed is a literature review of community service journals and empirical studies related to adolescent mental health, psychoeducation, stress management, and the role of school counselors. The findings indicate that preventive interventions such as psychoeducation, mental health socialization programs, anti-bullying character education, and strengthening counseling services significantly improve students’ knowledge and awareness. The proposed model emphasizes collaboration among schools, counselors, parents, and students through educational and promotive approaches. In conclusion, literature-based preventive strategies are effective in fostering a supportive and mentally healthy school environment.
