This study examines the phenomenon of increasing online game addiction in Indonesia, which has reached 10.15% among students, with high school students being a highly vulnerable population due to their developmental transition phase. The research aims to identify and analyze the spectrum of psychological disorders experienced by high school students due to gaming addiction. This study employed a qualitative approach with a content analysis method as the main framework. The data were collected through literature studies from scientific journals and audiovisual content from the GTV YouTube channel to strengthen real-case descriptions. The findings reveal that gaming addiction among high school students is multidimensional and interrelated, encompassing anxiety disorders, depression, aggressive behavior, social isolation, and serious sleep disturbances. These results indicate that dopamine system dysregulation due to behavioral addiction triggers various clinical manifestations that disrupt students' social and academic functions. Therefore, this study contributes to providing a basis for the development of holistic interventions and evidence-based mental health policies in school environments.
